Executive Committee Only

Executive Committee members are not able to participate in the Heritage Tour as the two schedules are concurrent on Wednesday. EC members should arrive by Tuesday evening, February 25, in preparation for the EC meeting at 8:15 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2020. We will dismiss by 4:00 p.m. Lunch is provided; your spouse is invited. Please RSVP to Jeff Farmer at jellisfarm@gmail.com if your spouse will be attending lunch.

Board of Administration & All Guests:

The PCCNA annual conference officially opens with a dinner cruise on Wednesday evening, February 26, 2020. The cost of the yacht and dinner is included in your registration, along with all other meals during the conference. When you check into the hotel you will be given breakfast vouchers for the mornings of your stay (available for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). Commissions will meet during the day on Thursday. All meetings will conclude by Friday noon. The Board of Administration's annual business meeting is Friday morning from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Dress for the conference is business casual.
