Executive Committee Only
The Executive Committee (EC) will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 21st, and will dismiss at 4:30 p.m. Eat breakfast before you arrive. Lunch and breaks are provided. If your spouse is traveling with you (we hope so), we welcome her or him to join us for breaks and lunch. We will dismiss in ample time to prepare for transportation to the dock for the Creole Queen paddleboat dinner cruise.
All commissions will meet Wednesday, February 21, at 8:30 a.m. Separate meeting rooms are provided for each commission, i.e., Christian Unity, Communications & Media, Discipleship, Next Gen, Prayer, Race Relations, Women in Ministry. Commission meetings will conclude at 4:30 p.m. in time to prepare for transportation to the dock for the Creole Queen paddleboat dinner cruise.
If you are arriving early to attend a commission meeting, PLEASE BE CERTAIN to declare that when you complete your online registration. Lunch and breaks are provided for all commission participants.
Board of Administration & All Guests:
All other members, guests, friends, observers and sponsors should plan on arriving at the hotel no later than mid-afternoon on Wednesday, February 21, in time for 1) hotel check-in; 2) PCCNA registration (2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.); and 3) preparation for transportation to the dinner cruise that evening.
